This strongly points to a scam

I dont care what people do with their $$ but this stock was recommended to me and I did about an hrs worth of simple Google searches. You draw your own conclusions. Im just gonna post the basic info and let you people decide what the real deal is. 1st off do a search of the current CEO listed for IMJX https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/IMJX/profile

Why does this matter if the name is being picked up by another company? Well the name smartbus technologies has been on everyone's DD with a link to a local news outlet. Shouldn't Google have SOMETHING about Smartbus technologies and what it is? I can't find anything.
Maybe it's top secret. So if you did any DD in to the current CEO of the ticker. And you simply checked his LinkedIn posting. This seems relavent...

This is the direct link between a known fraudster and the current smartbus technologies merger.

I also tied John A Zankowski Sr. (Deceased 2020) to a bunch of this and the timing of the merger of smartbus tech and this guys date of death is fishy to me also.

Now as far as my other searches I simply do Google Street view looks at the physical businesses of all the names of businesses connected. And then search the corresponding addresses and the current occupants of them. This where the over lap happens and the shadyness continues. But I don't feel like linking to streets views and the addresses associated. Anyone interested in knowing if this is a scam can start checking addresses with business names and cross searching them between this Stuart Barton CEO of smartbus and ticker ATWT and you should find that the overlap with the listed Tucker, GA address, Apex Business consulting (and domain name) and the listing address for Infinit technologies solutions in Fairport, NY. and the Zankowski family.

This is where I stopped looking and warned my friends of this. And I also decided to start an account here to post what I found because I'm not a fan of shady dealings. Do what you will with the info. Im sure if someone dug deeper they'll find more eye raising info.
