I’m not sure your theory is correct, plenty of established Asian companies have no interest in being on Nasdaq or NYSE etc.. why give your hard earned money away.. some view them as a middleman that can be cut out of the equation. Current Asian OTC companies : Toshiba $18,02, Hyundai $48.60, Hitachi $99.62 just to name a few
