All the Fidelity old XMET shares were ALREADY CONVERTED to new XMETD shares on 1st day of RS so whoever with FIDELITY has been able to SELL/BUY like my brother with his original free DIVIDEND shares. Therefore, there is NO OLD/NEW share ISSUE when you talk about FIDELITY.
