GT - Good point. Do you think that Andy, Paul, et al included an attorney on all of their emails and correspondences? Or will all of these emails and memos be discoverable as part of the lawsuit(s)?

We will learn who knew what and when; and I have found that the Discovery Phase can be very uncomfortable for company executives under investigation.
For instance, if you knew about this accounting problem and still sold $35 million worth of shares.

I will also be curious to see how much our lawyers will cost us per quarter. Maybe KPMG will let us call it R&D.
