DD, compare the posts on the MTVX Ihub board to the SEC evidence listed in the jury charges against OCMillionaire. Tell me there is not overwhelming similarities? Hell, even the the time frames for the scams are nearly the same.

You have to love the numerous references to how OC used IHUB and social media to further his fraud. The similarity in wording to MTVX posts is almost laughable. I guess con artists at heart are all the same. They rob from church congregations, steal from widows, steal from business partners and con unsuspecting marks with dreams of hitting it big with defunct, delisted, deregistered, businesses.

They sell a fairy tale and bash anyone who posts actual facts. Yet, these grifters can't even come up with somewhat original verbiage to further their con.

OC was one person. Seems that this MTVX scam involves a coordinated team. They created a fraudent video about a non-existent RM with a pot farm and posted it to utube. Probably too stupid to realize both utube and ihub are involved in interstate commerce. They tooks a proven photoshopped picture of MTVX employees fronm 2014 and called them investors. At every turn they lie about the SEC and other court action against Covey and MTVX. They post demonstrably false information with the intent to mislead the unsuspecting. As a body of work, is there any doubt there is criminal intent to defraud? HMMM makes me wonder.

I have the proof that at least one of the gang engaged in attempted black mail. They threatened to reveal, personal, financial information about an MTVX critic unless that person stopped their criticism. How stupid is this person? And he continues to bash anyone who posts actual facts like SEC delistings.

I am pretty sure blackmail in the furtherance of interstate criminal conspiracy takes it to a whole other level. Maybe even RICO. That gets into all kinds of sentencing multipliers. I could be wrong...Time will tell I guess.

I for one am looking forward to a federal case against the MTVX gang of crooks who keep posting here. Be really interresting when their IHUB aliases are included in the charging documents. I should start a pool on whose identities might be revealed. Winner gets a billion shares of worthless MTVX stock.

Of course all this is my humble, but pretty well informed, opionion.

You probably don't recall, but you are the one who schooled me years ago on the toxic deal Covey signed with IronRidge. I did not understand how they worked and how poisnous they are. But you taught me a lesson I have never forgotten. Those deals are death spirals for any company. Worse, they guillotine unwitting shareholders.

Anyway a thank you is long overdue.
