People always ask, why do Companies take 2 years to complete a deal or 5 years or whatever lengthy time it is!!? Look at it from the Companies perspective! The Company itself is up and running anyway and making money, GSCG in this case, and companies make money using the stock selling shares even without finishing the deal sometimes, so what's the hurry if you think about it???? I can't decide if this will be another LOI that doesn't pan out or it finally will happen!? The reason I end up betting on YES, they will complete the deal is,,, Because they CAN! Why wouldn't they complete it?
