This biz you linked has nothing to do with ShockWave Medical . I had sold SWAV on FDA approval of shockwave for coronaries .
I typically " sell the news " as you know ...R-IT approval in Dec 2019 , EU likely approval several wks ago in AMRN .
I do have some AMRN call options for a MITIGATE readout that are currently underwater :--( and a small long position
I recently bt back into SWAV during the recent sell off which I thought was over done .
The coronary procedures were already approved in the EU ...they have learnt from that roll out and will apply what they have learnt to the US roll out .
Their market is targeted ...interventionist Cardiologist who already have experience with doing angioplasty's so not a steep learning curve .
Its also early days ...approval in Japan is next I think
