TDAmeritrade and E*TRADE only allows phone orders for this security. Sells are allowed online but buys have to be called in. It's hectic to wait 45 minutes on the phone for a few k order. I guess, now with the new institutional "short" rule, that's the only option they're left with to control the price of $IFBC. =)
