$ATWT - as we've noted before. Due on the 31st but if any of the transactions require additional time it is a K (annual) report that is due and an extension allows for a 15 calendar day extension without jeopardizing the reporting status.

NOTE on Alex and Darnell's shares - I believe that they are not in a brokerage so they can not be traded. Should Alex pass, his shares would go into his Estate. For anyone fortunate enough to have not been through this, it would take time for those shares to be available.

Wrong focus on Alex and Darnell, IMO. They did not spend this much time and effort in the hopes of selling some shares at .05
