Yes I did 2 weeks ago and will follow up next week. Basically he, (CEO), is waiting for OK from FINRA, then OTC, to get current and remove flags and then to issue PR's. Everything else he said was going well I did ask if he would consider sending out some info on where they are at in the process and explain what they are selling and where they are going with their business plans. He said he would talk with his attorney and his PR group to see if they could/should send out something.

Since nothing has come out, they must have decided to wait.
