just on the chart and volume alone... this looks like we are bottoming out especially with the safe banking act about to pass in house. this should start to form a bowl and move back up to the .004 levels with a little help. If congress goes silent this could drop down to .0007 before retesting .001. GLTA just a quick chart analysis based off support levels.
