SO if they are still collecting data how can results be forthcoming when the data is not complete and locked.

...and ..if I remember correctly this "Estimated study completion date" moves up every time the page is updated. I remember it being December 15, 2020 before

But, with that said, the only obvious change to the page IS the date this time
