They could do that but what they have demonstrated to date is they probably dont have the ability to complete an agreement of any substance as they cant even get out of their way to demonstrate proper markets nor the ability to communicate anything to the shareholders. The contract with the big H was nothing more that two insiders scratching each others back with no intent to do anything serious on the ldm properties.
