I believe motion to terminate was withdrawn because David Lazer did not want to go before the court and tell the judge that all the shares are not converted from the reverse split yet. It wouldn’t look very professional to have the new owner finish the process because TOC means David Lazar is finished with ALL the process. I believe as soon as all shares are converted they will try and fast track a new court date to terminate. If your an investor this is just a speed bump, if your a trader this sucks because you just lost out on a flip todayHAHA
Flippers gonna flip this morning and drive the price down a bit but will recover from investers buying cheaper this afternoon.
