INCORRECT. The shares still trade on the OTC pink sheets, not the OTC QB. It traded today. It's been trading on the otc pink sheets for months now. I believe there was some changes to the OTC market listing requirements. QS can pay some listing fees & will qualify to go back on the OTC as they are current with their filings. You can still buy & sell shares, nothing has changed except they are trading on a slightly different exchange.
