anticipated launch of Spiderscape.com will take place at 1:00 PM,
Wednesday, October 18, 2000. The web site will offer over 200,000
items including computer hardware, software and accessories. The
Company has developed a strong relationship with Tech Data Corporation
(NASD:TECD) to provide direct order fulfillment on behalf of
Spiderscape. The Company is supporting its web site with an 84-page,
full color catalog which is being direct mailed to 250,000 proven
computer buyers each and every month. The Company prints and binds the
Spiderscape catalog at its Chronicle Commercial Printing, Inc.
facility in Tampa, Florida.
