ashy2classy Nice deal if the warrants are exercised Braveheart will eliminate the $3.6 Million debt. Plus make $5,400,000 from 27,200,000 warrants at $.20. Thus for 54.4 M shares they net $1.8 M = $5.4 - $3.6M
