It's pretty obvious that Jef doesn't want the PPS any higher since he's currently buying back shares!? They could be bombarding Facebook, twitter, Instagram, etc with pics and updates and cause a feeding frenzy for shares if they want to! It's all about timing! When it's the right time they'll let er go!!?
