USRM IS SERIOUSLY "SEC DELINQUENT" and a "RED STOP SIGN" OTC non filer "dark" status AND is under a heavy social media "promotion" peddling LIES AGAIN (minutes into the close) about "LATE MARCH/EARLY APRIL COURT MUST RENDER DECISION" followed by fake link to CA STATE COURTS and using it to hype the P&D on USRM !!

THAT is what is potentially about to happen here - and "trying" to sell so much as 10 cents worth after a SEC SUSPENSION = might as well be trying to turn scrap metal into gold like an old alchemist :)

USRM is for all intents and purposes a $269 a month RENT-a-DESK and not much else that anyone kind find or discern (little to no cash, no assets, no intellectual property, no R&D spending, no facilities let alone medical stem cell R&D facilities etc) and MASSIVE DEBTS OWED now in court being sued by several old creditors (ONE CASE ALONE = $1.4 million PRIOR COURT BACKED DEBT = BK to USRM when she wins a judgement which she certainly will again !!) =

The patient USRM is on the table in the ER and the monitor just started going Beeeeeeeeep and the display is a FLAT LINE = this "company" the rent-a-desk could be soon dead !

Folks can GET OUT NOW and "maybe" manage to salvage a few $thousand if even that - as buying a SEC SUSPENDED crap-o-special has been BANNED at nearly every U.S. based brokerage = almost no market "being made" in OTC SUSPENDED SECURITIES shares any longer. It could go fully ill-liquid VERY RAPIDLY !!

OTC "STOP SIGN" highly promoted "companies" which is what USRM is now (social media being heavily used to promote 100% false info about this one man show and micro company - how many clinics do they even have left open ? They only PARTIALLY EVER "owned" 3 in their peak LOL !! THREE "part" owners ???) these SUSPENSIONS below that also "painted" themselves as "vast corporate operations" and "World leading global operations" etc when NOTHING was further from the truth GOT SEC SUSPENDED VERY RECENTLY !!

LAST SEC FILING USRM EVER MADE they "had" $78K total cash left against MASSIVE "accounts payable" (bills due in less than about 90 days max) exceeding $1 million and they had MASSIVE debts owed with SEVERAL IN "DEFAULT" = THE REAL CONDITION of this "company" which appears today to conduct no actual "business" or real operations and is "DARK" on their filing status- so no one can possibly even know how dire their condition really is:
