I told you Rik is ready to answer questions. I asked him about getting current....


We are currently at the mercy of our auditors and it's now their busiest time of year. When we began the process of bringing our filings current in early November, we never expected it to take so long to get the 2018 10K done. We didn't file until February 5th. We expected to have the quarterlies come out quickly after that, but as we meandered into February and March, the auditors became too busy as they lost bandwidth. We expect the 1Q2019 out next week and then try to stay on pace to get current. We have no idea how long this process will take; but we are dedicated to getting it done as quickly as possible and are doing everything in our power to facilitate things.

We fully expect things to speed up as we move into April and the auditors free up resources.
