Hello ### I appreciate you reaching out to me. The change on our QB status is temporary until we can sustain a bid price of $.01 for 30 consecutive days per OTC guidelines. We remain a fully reporting company on both the OTC Markets and CSE Exchange in Canada.

That was his email response in Feb. He said "QB status is temporary until we can sustain a bid price of $.01 for 30 consecutive days per OTC guidelines". One day after the 30 day period he files for OTCQB Certification. He wanted that QB status back.

Man of his word!!
