My calculations for the free-float was apprx. 110 mio. shs. - did not expect ndol (Bio Tracking insiders) to sell so many shs. out - well this explains in one way the delisting from reporting. Would be still interesting to knoe who is left from the Bio Tracking guys!

Still questioning if and what amount of the new free-float of 156 mio. shs. - has been aquired in the meantime by nwog + what this means in totally right now for them (restricted + free-float shares).

Moving to AIM as announced from the company needs audited blance-sheets (3 years)+ other requirements + also free shares - where they are coming from? (will this be a part of the 300 mio. new shs. maria has announced).

Is there any information available what/why happenend to Mr. Stratton!
