They must have been told to do this by OTC because so many people are waiting on it. This happens even on NYSE especially when trading volume is so high on a company that is not current or behind on filings. Normally no one falls 27 months behind but obviously this is a unique circumstance. It also suggests that OTC might already have the filings and disclosures under review. Good news either way
