I suspect they get submitted quietly this week and will be announced once OTC reviews everything. They have said several times across several platforms to "be patient with OTC while they review" and have emphasized that they were "submitting 27 months" worth of disclosures. They are obviously trying to manage everyone's expectations. It might take OTC a week or two to even review everything. Its not like they are going to make any one company a priority and over 2 years of disclosures is a lot. I am not sure what the right way to handle that is because if they announce they submitted and it takes 2 weeks for OTC to approve people will still freak out that its taking so long. Its not like traders are emotionally stable people. Myself included. lol
