Just a quick point here.
Unless Alphatrade is wrong, the volume for BCYR for the last week or so has been
150,000
0
200,000
41,000
1,000
0
10,000
So if you have 50billion BKMPP and trade it for 500,000 shares of BCYR, you will have more shares than have traded in BCYR combined in like the last 3 months.
In other words, you won't get .02 for them, probably not .01 or even .001 if you're competing to sell with tons of other people who are trying to do the same thing.
I don't really know anything about BKMP or BKMPP shares, so let me know if I'm missing something, but as a neutral observer, that's my take on it.
