It's very simple to understand the matter of trial with Hynix.
Hynix asks ptab to invalidate the patents, 523, 218 and 595 because Hynix knows that their products are using the netlist patents.
So, as i mentioned, there was no one succeeded to invalidate netlist patents yet, even Google and Sandisk.

Hynix is a late starter of scm, and it has no chance to beat Netlist.
Eventually, Hynix will follow Google, but much quicker process.
So, there is nothing to worry about ptab because it's not going to delay the trial at all.

Judge Albright in Texas will not like That SK Hynx has tried to by-pass his court. This will backfire to SK Hynx and the compensation will be at the higher end of the range to be paid by SK Hynx.

Albright most likely won't stay the case because of pending PTAB review. Why, because he said so. Got this from stock twits. Scroll down halfway, you will see what Albright said

This point and also that the PTAP review will not delay the court case are preconditions for accepting the review submitted by SK Hynx.

The IPR clearly states there is NO overlap between the claims Of district court proceedings and that of IPR. Only on that ground , IPR is instituting this review.

If that is the case, IPR review cannot be used for staying the WDTX court proceedings.
