This will force his hand. When they go to pass out the dividend to shareholders, short interest has to PAY the dividend. How does the short get warrants to pay? That is why the company is paying a dividend in warrants. How would a short get ~40M warrants? They can't. They must either buy in or go bankrupt. If they go bankrupt, then the MM has to buy in to cover the position. In my opinion this is the most likely scenario.

Either way REAL shareholders win.
