This part doesn't make sense:

.... the issuance of 100,000,000 post-split common shares on a million-to-one basis ....

I can assume that Robert Stephenson will receive 100,000,000 common shares, but why include this part, "on a million-to-one basis"?
Is whoever wrote your quote, telling the world that Stephenson only has 100 common shares pre-split?
