DTCC is pretty much worthless and has been for a long time. They’re supposed to track and act as a clearing house for every trade of every session. It’s been said by some very knowledgeable folks that it hasn’t been able to properly do it’s job for a very long time. They’re probably in bed with the hedge funds and the SEC imho.
