My introduction to MLM was in a Kentucky Fried Chicken parking lot around 11:00PM. My friend and I had just went through 2 whole chickens and sides in about 10 mins at that KFC's discount closing prices. So after our quick snack, an Amway salesman approached my friend and I in our race restored 1967 302cuin Mustang. This is after he and his family watched us devour our food, medieval style, inside this restaurant. Anyway, the Amway dude approach the car and said "You guys look like two intelligent individuals." My buddy had to shutoff of car, so we could hear him (yeah, stupid). After that he went into his steak knives, light bulbs, and cosmetics elevator pitch. No, energy drinks at the time, though. At that point, we thought we entered into the Twilight Zone or were about to get jacked, robbed, murdered or sent to an alternate universe, so we broke our 1/4 mile record leaving the situation.
My take after all these years. The Amway guy was tenacious, unafraid, desperate, and motivated. Possibly he just finished attending an Amway motivational meeting or retreat. Just a recommendation to all of BW's MLM minions, it's not a good idea to indoctrinate MLM candidates in such a surreal setting. It could have went so much worst over some steak knives sales. However, I do love the guys conviction to make that sell.

Thanks, for all of your posts, messages, and opinions. Although most business have strange and aggressive origins, I just hope that BW's ultimate business model for $NBEV is not selling product, late night, in a KFC parking lot. It's about energy drinks not heroin. Nothing against the Colonel, it's still finger licking good!
