I believe that is correct but timing might be off. Difficult to say without all the paperwork filed so we can see the dates. I spoke with transfer agent last year and all shares had already been issued and allocated. I think the company has planned all this out and that is partially why they kept things quiet. I also think they wanted to keep merger into UCIX quiet and price low to make it easier to merge. That plan obviously changed for some reason. PR said the people who sold UCIX to them basically didnt deliver what they were paid to deliver. They obviously knew that was a possibility because they switched to new plan very quick. These guys did a decent job holding their cards close and allowing for mistakes. I expect smooth sailing from now on provided they do a few things to make sure we get to NYSE
