Here is the patent status link I posted a couple of months back

It says status is "Non Final Action" and the status can change subject to some clarifications/additional information sought. See that this was mailed on Nov 11th last year. They have ideally 3 months to submit additional info, but they can seek an extension if needed to re-instate their patent claim. Hope this helps. I would love to know more on this too if someone can throw some light.
