How much is TPL going to be worth in future years? Even with continued
growth the valuation today still looks very high. Some very smart investors use such astounding valuations to trim their positions. For
example, with every $50 gain in price going forward sell off 5% of one's
position. Remember, even if you believe this should be a $3400 stock in
3-5 years, there are less overvalued stocks that might have better odds
of doubling from here than what TPL has at $1700. PE ratio today is now
what I believe to be an all time historic high! Can it go higher!

Absolutely! However, I hope for many long term investors they take
something off the table here and continue to do so the higher its goes.
Buybacks at such levels here would not be a good use of funds. This stock
is the Tesla of the oil & gas industry.
