As much as I hate saying it, I agree - management is and has been the primary issue (along with Merle). If Merle was out of the picture completely and a competent CEO/management team was put in place, the PPS would move significantly. Optics on the company have been too bad, and the company needs a catalyst to get both the PPS and any potential deals moving again.

Frankly, while I am a huge fan of the board credentials, their inaction on those fronts is making me start to question them as well. The longer time goes, the more fault on their shoulders too and need for a refresh there.

Still a huge value here, but we need something significant on the above to bring us back to the $1+ levels.
