Yeah, I can't caution people enough to stay away from this guy. I lost 90% of my retirement on this sure thing. Am I bitter, yes I was. I've since taken my losses and moved on. Just sad to see people on twitter still defending him, but hey, so did I at one time. I'll man up and admit it. I thought I knew what he was doing and it was all above board. I had close friends working for him, I had met him and was even at his wedding. I can confirm most of the bashing is actually true and yes the FBI and the SEC are actively investigating him. Believe it or not, I personally know several people that have been contacted by the FBI and the SEC and I'm not talking about the Meckley's. Whether he gets off or not is to be seen, but the investigations are real and I have confirmation from the wealthy circle of people he was hanging around in Bellevue/Seattle (who won't have anything to do with him now) confirming he is a fraud and he is not a billionaire. He does not care about us investors, only enriching himself.
