How did "SpaceX " come into the picture here? MODC is a dead ticker with no operating business in it.

It's bad enough that it's being touted as a company called Modern Technologies based on a sentence talking about modern technologies, which is not even the name of a company.

Modern technologies, as opposed to technologies from the past.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
