The 3a10 they did previously is not really a law suit against the company. 3a10's are just legally structured that way for finance purposes. Sort of stupid actually but SEC write regs that way and courts have to make it fit their process.

Ossifix acquisition was done a while back if you recall (under UCIX) and since that was going to be a share exchange (M&A) for UAT with UATG most likely, I bet its already baked in. The reason I say this is because he said there will not be an increase to A/S so it sort of has to be already accounted for unless they have a restricted agreement for preferred shares which many companies do. Either way we should be good but I will ask. Cant hurt right?
