LEN (LENNAR) This is very interesting, and possibly telling.
Lennar announced it is going into the rental home business. (Personally, it makes my skin crawl.) The question to ask is "Are they hedging their bets, thinking that interest rates are going to rise to the point where new homes won't be affordable to the average homebuyer?"
