Logic for RS/FS This is a smart tactic some companies use. It serves two purposes. 1. Eliminates all small share lot holders. Ie if you held 499 shares, you are now no longer a holder on the initial RS. 2. Manages to cancel shares off the share structure. All the sub 499 share holders lose their shares and they are eliminated from the share count. upon the FS, those with strong initial holdings, are again made whole. Quantum Base to list on AIM with £5M IPO plan

Quantum Base CEO Tom Taylor joined Stephen Gunnion in the Proactive studio with more about the company’s upcoming listing on the AIM market and its breakthrough anti-counterfeiting technology. Quantum Base, founded in 2013 as a spin-out from Lancaster University, has developed an atomic fingerprint that offers 100% secure authentication of goods, scannable with any smartphone. “It tells you 100% if something is real or it's fake,” Taylor said, describing the technology as a major leap in the fight against counterfeiting. OKYO Pharma achieves key stability milestone for Urcosimod in clinical development

Buru Energy secures strategic deal for LNG development

Buru Energy Ltd CEO Thomas Nador talked with Proactive about the company’s newly announced strategic development agreement with Clean Energy Fuels Australia Pty Ltd (CEFA) to co-develop the Rafael Gas Project. Nador explained that CEFA brings strong midstream and downstream capabilities, backed by I Squared Capital, which manages around $40 billion in assets. "They bring the right credentials, to look after the downstream and midstream elements of the project," he said. Buru, meanwhile, will focus on the upstream side of the Rafael development. The deal is described as a “watershed moment” for the company, as it provides a clear pathway toward developing a long-term gas and condensate business in northwest Western Australia—an area currently dependent on imported energy. Under the agreement, CEFA will fund, build, and operate a small-scale LNG facility on-site, with Buru paying a processing fee over the life of the project. This significantly reduces Buru’s capital exposure to only the upstream infrastructure—namely, two wells, one of which is already in place. A final investment decision is expected in late 2025 or early 2026, with first cash flows anticipated in the second half of 2027. North Bay Resources identifies potential of major gold deposit at Fran Project

North Bay Resources CEO Jared Lazerson joined Steve Darling from Proactive to announce the discovery of a significant mass tonnage gold deposit at the Fran Gold Project, following an extensive review of prior exploration work. This includes data from diamond drilling campaigns between 2001 and 2018, as well as geochemical, geophysical, and 3D modeling analyses.
