Once again, you post a message which, without any explanation whatsoever, begins with the following:
INAR 0.0008 - Targets 0.0080 / $0.015
Targets 0.0017 / 0.0027 / 0.0080 / $0.015
Are the just-referenced "targets" related?
Are the just-referenced "targets" calculated by separate methodologies?
Why does the first "target" contain only two numbers whereas the second "target" contains four numbers?
Why does the second four-numbered "target" contain the all of the numbers in the first two-numbered "target"?
Please provide at least some modicum of an explanation.
Thank you.
