IMO and I stress, opinion.

I do not think it was the buyback. Currently the company has shown no revenue, only forward looking statements. Then they PR'd that they were going to issue a new stock to obtain that research company services.

Why would they issue new stock for them if, IF, they had money to do a buyback? Why not put it into the research company.

That really made no sense to me.

I think the volume was on the RUMOR of the buyback.retirement. This is OTC, everything is Buy the RUmor, sell the news. Which we have seen.

As for 2023ish, I do not marry OTC stocks. 9 times out of 10 (or 1 in a million it seems) make it to a big boy status. I've already held BLDV longer than I wanted because I thought they would come thru with the retirement.

Right now their excuse still is "Waiting on paperwork from the TA"

I'm not believing that anymore.
