him in general, after I realized he was an old pumper that allegedly worked for Paul Taylor, or was in some way affiliated with him, based on the fact that Chef indicated that he in fact received discounted shares from PT.....unrestricted.

anyway, I guess we should not speak ill of the dead. I do know he loved his wife, Vera, and hope that she and Frank's family are doing well. God Bless Vera. From what Frank told me in the past, she was a wonderful woman, and he loved her more than life itself.
