It was , I remember looking up the court doc on it when it first came out someone posted a link to it but that was many months ago, also reinstatement is legit. Suneel personally took over this, I don’t believe with the intention to sell it , I think he has plans of his own for it, one thing for sure he spent a lot of time in court himself with this. I’d be surprised to see it fall thru the cracks, too bad someone had to cheat and this ended up CE , time will tell ... if things work out I wouldn’t want to be empty handed. This one will take a lot of patience.
