In my opinion. Given the rate of technological change in the software business buying the dusty crap off the shelf somewhere for $135k doesn't represent a hidden gem. He bought two of these for $135K last fall. What do you think has changed since purchasing of so many before. Where is the revenue for past acquisitions and why do they need to continue to acquire more? Those are real questions.
