Nice tutorial!!!!! Very sober and informative. With plays like these you need cumulative DD and as long as you are seeing progress you can stay optimistic with your investment. The ship is headed in the right direction and in over a decade I can't remember one CEO that I invested with in the OTC that ever kept his timeline. There is always a sliding scale btw when they say and when things actually happen. I own a contracting company and I understand speaking from a sense of optimism as a business practice...you NEVER want to sound negative and sometimes you don't realize that people hold you up to timelines more than you hold yourself up to them as you're perpetually spinning many plates on a daily basis. He's young and I'm sure the 55 yr old Matt will handle his business outlooks a little more conservatively than he does now, so I am cutting him a little slack for timelines as I'm seeing progress weekly.
