Here are some things that might indicate the pump is primed:
1. What provisions/plans are being made for housing?
2. What’s being done for schooling for the kids of the potential mine builders/workers?
3. Any equipment contracts that anyone knows of?
4. What other non-NDA things are in motion that would indicate the town is getting ducks in a row as soon as the big F hits?

I bet an evening in the local watering hole could provide a great deal of unofficial, non-NDA information that would help the puzzle pieces fall into place. ;)

I’ve been long and strong for 10 years and have never sold a single share. I’ve accumulated little by little, here and there. WHEN this gets to $12-ish, I am a millionaire on a $45K investment, most of which was profit from other stock gains. This will be life changing money for me and my family, just about the time I look to early retirement (around 60). Dividends could propel this even further for us all. I believe in my heart this goes to $20-40 once production starts. That could push the retirement up even sooner.
