I know all of this is assumptions & possibilities.

As well as a zero sum projection. It won't be. News will accompany the uplist/RS/financing. That is what KBLB has been saying for quite some time.

KBLB has always been driven by the news. We just have not directly been getting the news people want to hear. This is very deliberate, just as deliberate as when the news is what we want to hear.

The fundamentals will have to be obviously good. Things are rarely as good or bad as they seem. Especially when the share price is making short term moves.
