Untrue. Multiple sources at CogoSense have denied any relationship between ONCI and CogoSense. There is no deal between the companies, nor is there a “non binding letter of intent” to purchase CogoSense. CogoSense has stated, multiple times, that they have never had a deal with ONCI nor with Steve Berman. Maybe he was a reseller at some point, but that was the only time Steve Berman worked with anyone at CogoSense.

ONCI is a scam. Just look at all the lies this company has tried to push on investors. None of these things are real- just lies used for by the CEO to dilute shares.

Where are the deals with the hundreds of dealerships?

What happened to Carmax and AutoNation?

What happened to the KL production facility?
Steve Berman said we could produce thousands of devices per day and that we were renting out the facilities to generate additional revenue. If ONCI was only a reseller, why would the CEO lie about mass-producing the device?

What happened to Dubai taxi? And BMW? And Ford?

What happened to the move to Colorado?

What happened to HEXA?

What happened to the apps that were all in beta testing?

What happened to Sifthouse?

What happened to gift card exchange?
