There's a clown over on Yahoo peddling 100% lies about "90 days guaranteed to court decision, thus an April deadline 100% certain for USRM" blah blah blah = 100% false and misinformation being propagated on a RED STOP SIGN SEC DELINQUENT STOCK !!

Dumb money is buying based on that promotional and 100% vapid false hype looks like to me !

Twitter and all other "promotional" hype outlets and social media need to be checked to see what lit off what appears to be nothing but another USRM mini P&D IMO !


SEC is busting down hard on this kind of BS - they busted a "promoter" today with a major court action for identical type of "false promotion" of a ticker that had nothing behind it !!

They've run several of these USRM MINI PUMPS ON NOTHING - over the past several months and then dumped hard into them within days each time.

WHAT HAS CHANGED at the rent-a-desk or in their SEVERE SEC DELINQUENT STATUS etc ????

Putting ANY FALSE INFO hyping a OTC STOP SIGN is dicey at best - the SEC can suspend this stock at any time and any reason as they are grossly delinquent in their SEC FILING OBLIGATIONS !!
