from i read from gab, they will continue to sell shares monthly to raise $$$. Its no secret we are broke and selling shares (small amounts) to raise that capital happens often, at least K is up front and said it would happen (not hiding anything I like that)- we all know they have to sell shares and if I read that correctly he covers that
